    At this point in the challenge you should be looking for progress not perfection.

    An "all or nothing" mindset can cause you to burn out too soon.

    Remember: While this is a challenge and you are hoping to win, the real winners are the ones who make it to the end having made progress (even just a little bit), while the losers are the ones who give up half way through because progress is too slow and they don't think they stand a chance.

    Rather, try get into an "always something" mindset where you are focusing on putting one foot in front of the other and always moving forwards. Progress is progress, no matter how small - and it all adds up in the end.

    You won't always have time for a full workout or be able to eat the perfect meal, but you can definitely do 10 minutes of squats and push-ups or make the healthiest food choice you can. Even if it's not perfect, it's still better than giving up.
