Check-in ‪#1 (end of week 2)

Dear Challenger,

You are now 2 weeks into your challenge and we want to hear from you how it is going so far!

All you need to do is fill out the form found on the link below and tell us how you are feeling about your progress. We do not require measurements or photos for this check-in. We just want to know how you are doing. We want you to think about your plans and goals from when you signed up and assess whether it is a solid strategy going forward. What is working? What is not?

Simple.

Please remember that to qualify for prizes in a challenge you MUST complete each of the 3 official “Check-ins” at the end of Week 2, Week 4, and Week 6 respectively.

I know that at this stage some of you are in a smooth groove but some of you still have the handbrake on – or maybe have not yet found the ignition switch!

Remember…

“It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice.”

Don’t QUIT!

We tend to want constant instant gratification, but you will need to put in a few weeks of work before you really start to notice change. Consistency is the key.

  • Focus less on the scale and embrace the positive changes in your life.
  • Make sure you are covering all your bases. Eating well, exercising regularly, sleeping enough, and taking time out to de-stress and have fun.
  • If you didn’t get off to the best start then regroup because it is not too late.

You can get amazing results in the last 6 weeks of focus. So… No excuses. Let’s do this!
